During my more than 20-years career as Executive Board Member, Managing Director and Labor Director I was repeatedly assigned high-profile, mission critical roles, addressing key challenges and seizing new business opportunities in key industries. Based on sound business and finance knowledge gained as General Manager, Finance Director and Managing Director of large Pension Funds combined with my international expertise in HR, Communications and Change Management, I know what it takes to facilitate rapid organizational and individual change.
As internationally accredited Coach and holder of the only coaching certification, that is accepted by leading international corporations, I support leaders and leadership teams in managing their own change agenda.
